Chocolate Heaven- Willie's Cacao

Wednesday, 30th September, a day I would, cannot and shall not forget. It was the day I stepped into my fantasy world, the melodious and comforting talks about the best thing that has happened to mankind - Chocolate.

The owner and full time enthusiastic chocolatier, Mr. Willie Harcourt-Cooze, graced us with his journey into chocolate making and his impressive cooking skills. He took us through the process of tempering, grinding and producing a finished product- with continuous taste tests, of course.

From the sea salt caramel, Madagascar dark chocolate and the tangy orange infused chunks of chocolate, my taste buds were on a chocolate rollercoaster for those two hours.

In the duration of his talk, he whipped up a decadent chocolate truffle infused with the richness of the Madagascar cacao beans and topped it off with a dark coat of some more melted chocolate.

Willie stressed tremendously on how every product he whips up consists of natural ingredients only, sans all those added chemicals we see at the back of the wrappers. With the help of his small-load unique chocolate manufacturing machines, he’s a well-known supplier to the top restaurants in the UK and now he’s gone International. What makes his chocolate stand out from the generic brands we find in the stores is the richness, the burst of flavor and the velvetiness of the chocolate as it melts in your mouth with every bite.

Outfit Details: Blouse- H&M, Jeans- Aeropostale, Shoes- Forever 21, Clutch- Spades

This burgundy crocheted lace top was a lucky find at H&M. Thanks to my handy Alshaya gift card, which I have been anxiously waiting to use, I swiped up what is now, my top of the month. These snug Aeropostale white jeans are as comfy as jeans could get. The crisp and clean natural white was a great contrast to the entire outfit and made it look a lot more mellow and fall-inspired than had I paired them with a denim pair of jeans. Lastly, the shoes I wore, are my long-lasting pointy-toed flats from Forever 21.

With Christmas season approaching, it was the perfect time to get introduced to this amazing brand of chocolates. I developed a new found love for Willie’s Cacao chocolates and let me tell you, nothing else compares. Diamonds may be a girl’s best friend, but chocolates are a woman’s. I’ll l leave you with that though, in the meanwhile, I shall be right back-gotta head to my fridge to get me some chocolate.
