Had you been there to witness the amount of clothes we carried, with the ‘just-in-case’ attitude in mind, you’d be in AWE. This outfit from the trip was one of my favorites…

Outfit Details: Shorts and Top - H&M

Veering away from the predictable denim shorts, I decided to go with my beloved pair of bright red shorts. The last time I wore these shorts was in 2013, during my highly anticipated trip to Disney World Orlando. This pair of shorts can be styled in so many different ways, and I must say, H&M did a good job with this one. It’s the perfect day to night item of clothing; pop on a stiff black blazer and some lazer cut heels, you’re good to go!

I think white and red are a match made in heaven and a combination you can’t ever go wrong with, so naturally, I had paired by red shorts with a flowy white top from H&M too. Is my love for that store apparent enough? It’s definitely a different style from the traditional white blouses and I absolutely love the little tie near the collar bone. Super chic eh?

Denim jacket - Forever 21

I happened to carry this sleeveless denim jacket with the intention of wearing it during the getaway but I just didn’t know what to pair it with. But low and behold! Denim jackets aren’t a new trend at all, but they’re an everlasting one and can be worn during all the seasons - well all 2 seasons for us in the UAE. This jacket adds a bit of sportiness and casualness to the entire look and I love the collared studs!
