Ladies Day Out OOTD

If you’ve been a regular follower of Browse and Brushes, I’m sure you’ve seen us out and about at the Ladies Day Out event organized by Turret Media. We had a few people ask us about outfits so here are the deets.

The weather was a bit balmy that week so we stuck to wearing very light layers of clothing yet added some of our favorite transitioning pieces to pull the look together.

Stacey

Stacey is most comfortable in simple and chic clothing so naturally her go to clothing item had to be a pair of Forever 21 black leggings. Paired with a black lace detailed top, she threw over her cream crocheted cardigan also from Forever 21 and paired it with the most comfy dark brown moccasins. With the amount of heat she absorbed with her all black ensemble, the white and creams definitely did her a favor ;)

Schnelle

Welcoming a new face to Browse and Brushes, the gorgeous Schnelle also went simple and casual. With a flattering pair of mildly distressed jeans and a funky kimono, Schinz was dressed for the occasion. Prints in the spring and summer are timeless and a striking print is always worth the double head turn. Her neat pair of shoes are from Vincci. How funky is the detailing though?

Sue

It was an unusually hot day which called for a classic white breezy top that I paired with grey pants and comfortable wedges for a dressy yet casual look. To spruce up the outfit I added a statement neckpiece from Aldo. This is one of my favorite necklaces as it so versatile - it can easily work on a casual ensemble as well as on evening wear. Instead of leaving my locks loose, I went for a sleek braided up do and completed the look with ombre sunglasses from United Colors of Benetton and a tan MK bag.
