We are sure there are days where you really don’t have time for any makeup. Do we have a few of you nodding there? For us those days are usually every morning from Sunday – Thursday. Ten minutes are about all we can accommodate in the rush to wake up, snooze the alarm, wake up again and finally drag our wobbly legs to the bathroom, brush, shower, put on some clothes and realize you have only 15 minutes left to put on your makeup, pack your bag and leave on time so you beat the traffic and reach work looking effortlessly chic.
In this post we share our pretty yet casual nude makeup look that takes less than 10 minutes to put on and fits well at the office as it would at the mall. To be honest, sometimes letting your own skin shine through is one of the subtlest ways to enhance your makeup.

Here are our staple makeup products that we use practically every day. The only product that we probably change is our lipstick.
Revlon Color Stay Concealer in ‘Light Medium’
Rimmel Stay Matte Compact
Too Faced Luminous Bronzer in ‘SnowBunny’
Colorbar Pen Eyeliner in Ultimate 001
Elf Jumbo Lip Gloss Stick in ‘Sangria Starters’

First exfoliate and moisturize. This will literally make or break how 'natural' your make up ends up looking.
Next up, even out your skin tone with a concealer and compact. Revlon’s Color Stay Concealer has a permanent position in our makeup bag. This lightweight concealer manages to melt seamlessly into our complexion and covers up those spots and blemishes delivering a flawless canvas. To combat our oily T-zone and smoothen out the concealer, we love Rimmel’s Stay Matte compact as it has never failed to provide a radiant finish. For those with dry skin, you can top up the concealer with a light BB cream. Rimmel’s BB cream (9-1 Skin Perfecting Super Makeup) really gives a natural finish and feels as if you are not wearing any makeup at all.
To amp up our cheeks, we use a bronzer instead of a blush to keep them looking warm yet keeping the face neutral. Too Faced Luminous Bronzer in ‘Snow Bunny’ is another staple we cannot get enough of as it gives the perfect natural definition and flush that we don’t actually miss the blush.
We usually don’t bother shading our eyes but if you feel like it apply a shimmery nude wash of color all over the lids and pair it with a chocolate brown or black eyeliner for definition. If there is one makeup item that we cannot live without it would have to be the eyeliner as it literally takes us from looking down low to J-Lo in seconds. Colorbar’s pen eyeliner in Ultimate 001 really gives us more control over our liner and comes on as richly opaque which is another plus.
Finally, when ‘going nude’, a common misconception is that one can only use flesh tones on either the lips or the eyes. Try puckering up your pout with a bit of pink lipstick. Elf’s Jumbo Gloss Stick Stick in ‘Sangria Starters’ compliments fair to slightly dusky skin tones well.
